This website contains a contact form you may use to send me business-related inquiries. At minimum, you are required to provide your name, a valid e-mail address, and an inquiry in order to successfully submit the form. Within your inquiry, you have the choice to provide additional personal information at your own discretion.

How this information is used

Information you send through the contact form is forwarded to an email address associated with the joelosgar.com domain. From there, this information is also forwarded to a personal email address so I see it in a timely manner. When I receive this information, I use it initially to answer your inquiry. Later on, I may use your information to reach out to you at a later point if necessary. Any personal information you provide will never be sold.
